Happy New Year

"Snovum Godum" as they say in Belarus. "Happy New Year"

There is a large tree and skating rink at Oktyabrskaya Square in front of the Palace of the Republic of Belarus.

This sign says "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year"

This marks the staring points of the Road of Belarus telling how many kilometers to other large cities in the country. Minsk is located about in the middle of Belarus.

The little bird with the red breast is a symbol of the winter in Belarus. Sergie said you don't see many of them, just in pictures.

Could you read those signs on your own or did someone tell you? I am glad that you were able to see some decorations!
