Grab the grandkids, come see what I see.
Is it alive, is it real, what can it be?
A snail carrying his house on his back,
I took his picture--his name was Jack.
To each of you he said to say Hi.
And then just as quickly he had to say Bye.
It takes a long time to get to his home
So I took his picture and left him to roam.
We watched him slowly move on his way,
But I'm sure to get home it took him all day.

We've all been in a blog slump but yours just keeps getting better and better! Very cute.
So now you're a poet. That's great. How big is that snail? It looks big in the picture. I hear they eat them in Europe.
That snail is gross but your little rhyme is cute. :)
Did you write the poem. I am pretty impressed
